As a founder, high-ranking professional, or a content creator, it's easy to slip into the habit of feeling like you don't believe. Like you're an imposter in your role.

How to break through imposter syndrome
While you’re catching up on candid, behind-the-scenes stories from others who were in your shoes not long ago, keep this in mind. Believing in yourself isn’t about erasing doubt. It’s about proving to that doubt, day after day, that you’re still showing up.
Document your small wins daily. A quick note on what you created, launched, learned, or fixed turns your progress into undeniable evidence.
Reframe comparison as data. When you catch yourself measuring against someone else, turn it into a question: What strategy of theirs can I test next week?
Schedule a “brag coffee” with a friend. Once a month, swap achievements. No false humility allowed. Saying your wins out loud rewires how you see them.
Create a “proof portfolio.” Collect screenshots, testimonials, KPIs, anything that shows the impact you’ve made. Revisit it every time imposter feelings spike.
Practice public micro-vulnerability. Share one struggle and one solution on social media each week. The engagement (and relief) remind you that everyone’s figuring it out, too.
