Being memorable doesn't have to be complicated
What's a little snippet of a story that defines you? How can you work that into your message to stand out?
Can your audience “hear” your voice when they read your writing?
Be memorable. Think about something basic that managed to stand out and create a lasting memory in your life.
For example, let’s take burgers. Do you have a burger that stands out that you’ve eaten?
For me, it was a burger I had in Arizona. I think about the burger I had at In N Out about two years ago. It sticks with me.
Not because it was amazing. It was good, but nothing made it stand out as far as flavor, presentation, or any of that.
What stood out to me is that I was a big fan of The Big Lebowski when I was younger.

I always wanted to experience In N Out because the characters made such a big deal about it in the film. I was never able to experience it because I live on the East Coast.
But we recently spent nine months in Arizona, and that allowed me to finally make it happen.
Pulling up to the drive-thru brought back memories of those fun, carefree days, and that made the In N Out burger one that I’ll always remember.
As you build your business, keep in mind that you aren’t just another basic burger (or whatever it is you do).
You have something unique to sell that goes beyond the product or service. Find that unique thing and turn it into a selling point that helps you stand out from the competition.
